Search engine results
A search engine may consider a request to remove a result in some circumstances. Removing a result does not necessarily remove the information from the website itself.
A note on public records: official records may be retained or published for legal, regulatory, public-interest or other reasons. We can assess the situation, but cannot promise that a record can be changed or removed.

What removal can and cannot do
A website may agree to remove or correct information, but it may also refuse or ask for more evidence. Some information has a lawful reason to remain available. Copies, screenshots, caches and third-party records can persist, and removed information may later reappear.

Can you remove everything about me from the internet?
No service can guarantee that. Each website makes its own decision, some records have to remain available, and copies may exist elsewhere. We assess specific sources and report what happens to requests.
Can you remove my name from Google?
We can assess whether a search result may qualify for a removal request. A search result being removed does not itself delete the original page, and search engines decide whether to grant requests.
Is erasure under UK GDPR automatic?
No. The right to erasure applies in particular circumstances and has exceptions. The controller considers the request and decides whether it must erase the information.
What happens if a request is refused?
We explain the response and any next steps that may be available. Further action depends on the reason for refusal and the source; we’ll discuss any additional work and cost before proceeding.
