What services does Reputation Detect offer?
We assess Google and Trustpilot reviews that may breach platform policies, help people understand options for removing personal information, and manage Google Business Profiles through monthly programmes.
Can you remove any negative Google or Trustpilot review?
We have a very high review removal success rate! However, some reviews may not qualify for removal if they don’t breach the platform’s guidelines. Our team works on your behalf, providing all relevant evidence and valid reasons to support your case and help get the reviews taken down. The platform makes the final decision, but we’ll always do our best to support your case.
How much does Google Business Profile management cost?
There are three monthly programmes: Reputation Essential at £99, Reputation Growth at £299, and Reputation Protect at £399. Each includes different support; see the programme details on the Google Business Profile management page.
Can deleted reviews reappear after they have been removed?
Yes, occasionally, Google reviews may reappear after an update due to changes in its algorithms. If this happens, we’ll work on getting them removed again at no extra cost. This only applies to Google. Trustpilot reviews don’t reappear on their own once removed, although a reviewer can appeal Trustpilot’s removal decision within six months.
